Why You Need Good People
Each building can house staff (maximum 4 per building). The better your employees, the more effective your facilities operate. A top coach in the training center accelerates your players' development. A capable medic reduces injury aftermath. Without staff, every building only works at base level — you're leaving potential on the table.
Finding New Employees
Weekly, random applications appear. The quality of candidates depends on your education center level. Young, talented applicants have low starting values but can grow far. Experienced candidates bring high values but barely learn anymore. You decide: do you hire the natural talent or the seasoned pro? Each building has two roles — your staff can fill one of them each.
Continuing Education
In the education center you decide which attribute each staff member should train. Over time their values improve. An assistant on the second role only counts partially — but better half an expert than none. Staff age and eventually retire — plan the generational change in time.
Fill the training center and medical center with good people first. You'll feel the direct effect on your players immediately.
Roles & assignment
Every building has two roles, and each employee can fill one of them. A second employee in the same role only counts partially – better than none, but a real expert brings more. So distribute your best people to the roles that bring you the greatest benefit.
Salaries & dismissal
Employees earn a salary that you pay daily. If you are unhappy you can dissolve a contract early – but that costs a severance. So think carefully before hiring whether the candidate fits your strategy, and plan enough budget for your staff.
Career & retirement
Employees age too. Between 55 and 70 they retire, and the exact probability rises with age. So plan the generational change in time: a talented youngster with low starting values can grow over years, while an experienced pro performs immediately but hardly learns.
Applicants appear weekly, and quality depends on your education center's level. Upgrade it to attract better candidates.
The right hire
Don't hire indiscriminately, but look at the values that matter for your buildings. A trainer with high quality in the training center accelerates your players' development, a capable medic lowers injury consequences. Assign your staff so that the buildings with the greatest influence on your success are best staffed first.
Specialisation over breadth
An employee who fills only one role well is often more valuable than an all-rounder with mediocre values everywhere. Concentrate your best people on their core task and fill the second role with lower priority. Over time you improve your employees via the education center and can specialise them deliberately.
Salary & budget
Every employee causes running salary costs that you should include in your financial planning. Top people cost correspondingly more. Regularly check that your staff does not overstretch your budget and keep the balance between costs and the benefit for your facilities.
Plan for your employees' retirement and always keep young blood in reserve. A sudden departure of a top employee without replacement weakens your team.
