Questions about the rules? Support is happy to help. We're a community — it's more fun together!
Sanctions
Rule violations are consistently penalised. Depending on severity, temporary bans, withdrawal of advantages or in the worst case permanent exclusion threaten. Multi-accounts, match-fixing and transfer manipulation weigh especially heavily because they distort the competition for everyone. When in doubt: better ask once than break a rule.
Bugs & support
If you discover an error or inconsistency, report it to support immediately instead of exploiting it. Deliberately exploiting bugs counts as a rule violation. Support also helps with questions about your account, transfers or game mechanics. The more precisely you describe a problem, the faster you can be helped.
Community & conduct
The Nano Hockey Manager lives from a fair and respectful community. Insults, discrimination and harassment are not tolerated. Treat other managers the way you want to be treated – then the game is fun for everyone. Fair sporting ambition is welcome, unfair behaviour is not.
Rules can change over time. For important decisions always look at the current version of the game rules.
Account & security
Your account belongs to you alone. Never share your credentials and use a strong password. Sharing or selling accounts is prohibited and leads to consequences. If you suspect your account has been misused, contact support immediately.
Fair play in competition
Sporting competition lives from fair conduct. Agreements about results, deliberately losing games or manipulating transfers distort the competition and harm everyone. An honestly earned victory is worth more than an unfair advantage. Follow the rules and the game remains an experience for the whole community.
Inactive accounts
Accounts that are not used over a longer period can be deactivated by the system. An unverified email address leads to account deletion after a certain period. So keep your email address up to date and verify it in time so that your team and progress are preserved.
Strong together
A healthy community arises through respect and fairness. Help new managers, give constructive feedback and behave as a role model. Together you ensure that the Nano Hockey Manager remains an entertaining and fair experience for everyone. Your behaviour shapes the mood of the whole league.
